2011 KHS - Orlando Reunion Planning Schedule
September 2010/January 2011 - Reunion Event/Activity
Reunion Planning Committee will collect and review the Reunion Event Survey results and begin planning the Official Reunion Events/Activities.
February 2011 - Early Reunion Registration Period - Lowest Reunion Registration Prices.
Reunion Registration form available and Reunion Deposit collection for events and activities will begin. There is a minimum of a 25% Deposit required with your registration form to lock in prices. Note: Reunion costs will be the cheapest during this time. After the Early Registration period, there will be a slight increase in reunion pricing. Even though deposits are requested, full payments will be accepted at this time.
March thru April 2011 - Main Reunion Registration Period - Moderate Price Increases
Reunion Registration forms and all reunion payments are due in full. Note: After this period, reunion pricing for events and activities will increase moderately.
May thru June 2011 - Late Reunion Registration Period - Significant Price Increases
All remaining registration fee balances must be paid in full by 15 June 2011. Any Registration forms post marked after 15 June 2011 must include full payment. Note: Individual reunion pricing will increase significantly to cover increased costs for late reunion contracting modifications.
July to 15 September 2011 - Last Minute Registration Period, Fee's are highest during this time.
Last Minute Reunion Registration forms and reunion payments are not guaranteed but may be accepted. It will be solely dependent upon planned reunion event and activity contract restrictions. Note: If last minute registration is available, pricing will be raised drastically to cover increased costs for any last minute reunion contracting modifications.
